NFA Firearms

NFA firearm order cancellations are subject to a 35% cancellation fee and apply only if:

• The ATF transfer process (Form 3 or Form 4) has not begun, and

• The cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase.

Once the ATF transfer process has begun, no refunds will be issued.

If an order is placed for an item that is not compliant with the customer’s state or local laws and requires a return, a 35% restocking fee will apply.

Incoming transfers, orders 14 days or older, and orders that have already shipped are not eligible for refunds.

Accessories

Accessory cancellations and returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unopened packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items returned with missing parts, damage, signs of use, or customer tampering may result in an increased restocking fee or refusal of return.

Blemished or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Product Warranty

All manufacturer defects and warranty issues are handled directly through the product manufacturer, not through Ballistic Superiority.

Defective products must not be returned to Ballistic Superiority without prior approval. Refunds will not be issued unless the manufacturer confirms the defect and their return or resolution process has been completed.

Any defect must be reported prior to initiating a return. Upon request, we can assist customers in coordinating with the manufacturer.

Delivery Information

Ballistic Superiority complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

• All firearms must be shipped to a valid FFL dealer

• Accessories ship via USPS

• Firearms ship via UPS

• NFA items ship only after required forms are filed and approved

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days from in-store inventory. Tracking information is provided once an order is processed.

If a shipment is lost due to an error by Ballistic Superiority, we will replace the item or issue a refund. If a shipment is lost or mis-delivered by USPS or UPS, customers must contact the carrier directly. Ballistic Superiority is not responsible for packages mis-delivered or stolen after delivery.

NFA items will be held until BATFE paperwork is fully approved.​

Abandoned Firearms

Firearms transferred to or purchased from Ballistic Superiority are considered abandoned if not disposed of or if required NFA paperwork is not submitted within 180 days, unless prior arrangements are made.

Abandoned firearms may be forfeited to Ballistic Superiority and disposed of at our discretion. The intended recipient relinquishes all claims against Ballistic Superiority, its owners, agents, and successors.
